Our History
Everything HR began in 2001 as Interviewing Dynamix Recruitment Solutions, a dedicated recruitment agency. In 2024, we made the strategic decision to expand our offerings, combining our deep expertise and passion for HR and recruitment. This allowed us to leverage our complementary skill sets and knowledge, enabling us to provide a broader range of services to better meet the needs of our clients.
Over the years, Hayley and Maree have had the privilege of working with some of South Africa’s top companies and global organizations, including Accenture, Netcare, Johannesburg Stock Exchange, AFP, Vodacom, MTN, T-Systems, Scoin, Growthpoint Properties, Excellerate JHI, and the Lewis Group, to name just a few.
Meet Our Team
A Small Team with Big Expertise and Heart
We are a close-knit team with a shared passion for delivering exceptional HR solutions. Hayley and Maree have been industry associates for over 20 years and have built their careers in different HR specialist areas. Maree brings expertise in recruitment, while Hayley is a seasoned HR & IR generalist with a broad skill set.
In addition to our core team, we have a trusted network of Associates who provide complementary services, including polygraph testing, voice stress analysis, and verification services, further enhancing our ability to meet your HR needs.

Hayley Morgan
HR Business Partner
With over 30 years of experience as an HR Generalist, I have worked across a wide range of industries and functional areas. My career spans large corporates, highly entrepreneurial small businesses, high-tech companies, NGOs, and blue-collar manufacturing entities.
I am a dynamic and driven professional with deep strategic experience in all facets of human resources, industrial relations, and operations/admin management. My expertise includes exceptional organizational restructuring and change management skills, extensive knowledge of labour law, HR compliance, and process optimization, as well as budget and revenue management.
In 2017, I completed my MSc in Forensic Psychology, which enriches my ability to understand and motivate individuals. This academic foundation shapes my approach to HR strategy, ensuring it is always aligned with business profitability and long-term sustainability.
In addition to my HR expertise, I am a qualified graphologist with a passion for handwriting analysis. Outside of work, I am a dedicated football geek (Liverpool) and a proud parent of two mini-Daxi’s.

Maree du Preez
Talent Partner
With over 25 years of experience as a Senior Recruitment Specialist within an Agency environment, I have developed a deep understanding of workforce dynamics across a diverse range of industries, including real estate, engineering, IT, manufacturing, and various corporate sectors. This breadth of experience has given me valuable insight into the specific challenges businesses face when attracting and retaining the right talent.
I bring a wealth of HR and Talent experience from working across different cultures and geographies, and I am passionate about people processes. With a strong, results-driven work ethic, I specialize in translating business visions into HR initiatives that focus on attracting, developing, retaining, engaging, and rewarding the right people — the key drivers behind building high-performing teams.
Beyond my professional career, I am a proud mom to a spirited 10-year-old, who inspires my love for the outdoors and the arts.

You’ve likely heard of the 10,000-hour rule, popularized by Malcolm Gladwell in his book Outliers. Gladwell suggests that it takes 10,000 hours of dedicated practice to master complex skills—whether it’s playing the violin, achieving sports greatness like Eben Etzebeth or Ronaldo, or excelling in other fields.
We take a different, yet equally powerful approach. As Khalil Gibran beautifully put it, “Work is love made visible,” and in line with Aristotle’s wisdom, “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.”
At the heart of our work is a relentless focus on outcomes. We aim for measurable results, which means placing the perfect candidate in the role the first time, achieving favorable outcomes in every labour case we handle, and delivering exceptional service—all at competitive rates.
We believe in old-fashioned values such as authenticity, integrity and a results-orientated work ethic.
While AI is advancing rapidly and will eventually perform most human tasks, South Africa has not yet reached that point. Some service providers are using bots to handle basic queries, but this is often inefficient, leading to long waits before you can speak to a human agent who can actually resolve the issue. We believe not answering a phone call or email is both rude and counterproductive. The fastest and most effective way to resolve matters remains face-to-face or human-to-human communication.”
